im with Dad this week. He is struggling to find an appetite and lost too much weight. So, he gets what ever he asks for. Here it meant sausage, yorkshire pud, onions and mushroom. Tonight, I have been cooking his meal at 10 pm. He keeps me on my toes!
Your processing adds so much emotion to this image, and the lighting and pov are fantastic. You are a wonderful blessing to your Dad and to all of us who get to witness the loving care you provide for him.
Such a lovely candid portrait. Getting old is not for the faint of heart, they say. Please watch out for your health as well...it can be mentally, emotionally and physically draining.
This is an amazing portrait- it personifies that quote "When you photograph a person in color you photograph their clothes. When you photograph a person in black and white, you photograph their soul." Your picture is loving, honorable and tells a wonderful story of how much you care for your Dad.
It's a FAV.
