Repeated yesterday's exercise as I was bothered by the lack of room at the top of the tree in the one I did yesterday, and although I took lots of photos of the texture of the tree trunk intended for today's exercise, they all looked a bit lack lustre without any edit, and I decided that this had the best texture of all.
