Pretty chuffed that I completed the rainbow challenge. Thanks for all your encouragement along the way.
I enjoyed searching out and taking the specified colours for the first two weeks or so but got tired of the restriction after that with the several less-than-satisfactory shots that resulted.
On the whole, I found it very much easier to find appropriate scenes/items to shoot in the city than in the countryside and few of the final week's pictures from my rural holiday were taken on the date posted - I resorted to grabbing my colour opportunities as they occurred.
I did learn a lot about colour and how it works, and also learnt a few new skills in Lightroom from this exercise.
Would I do it again? Probably yes but not in a hurry. Maybe in a year's time!
