There was a wind blowing across Grantchester Meadows directly from Siberia. Did that stop Storm leaping into the icy river to fetch a stick no bigger than a blade of grass? Twenty times?
I wasn't planning to post another animal picture today, but I could resist this one, and since we spent most of the day Spring Cleaning the conservatory, it was either this or a picture of me scrubbing at skirting boards with an old toothbrush. I know which one I'd rather see!
Brrrrrrrrrrr, makes me feel cold looking at this and imagining not having stood baaaaaaaaaaack far enough! Brilliant , much better than skirting boards!
This - is - Perfect!!! What a really great picture! We should "plan" for what we want to post by the end of the day, but be at the ready for such a great surprise! You couldn't have found anything better! Into the Fave folder cuz he's just irresistable!
Wonderful, love the way you captured the perfect line of his ruff and the spray of drops. Dogs have such a good time wherever they are, whatever the weather. A good lesson for all of us I think. smile.
Thank you for all the nice comments! There is nothing so happy as a happy dog! No, I didn't get too wet (this time). I added a little focal zoom round the edges in picnik to emphasise the droplets speeding away.
