Once in a millenium or so, Mac and I go out for lunch together during the week. Today the sun was shining and the beer festival was running in Cambridge, so off we went. They were serving wonderful Ploughman's Lunches and, of course, a zillion and one different beers, which we sampled (not all zillion and one of them, I hasten to add; I was driving home for a start!).
I should clarify that none of these chaps is my husband! They are just a selection of the people who were there getting into the spirit of things. I was particularly impressed by the chap dressed as a bottle of beer! The guy in the yellow t-shirt is one of the nice stewards keeping everything running smoothly. Oh, and the logo on his t-shirt isn't a misspelling of CAMERA! It's CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale)?
Sounds like a fun afternoon! Especially glad to know that the guy dressed as the beer bottle is not your hubby! lol Happy birthday to Mac and Paul from Virginia! (What is a Ploughman's lunch?)
Oh, yes, the Beer Guy is way cool but look at the guy with the beer cup on his belt! He looks so innocent until you spot that! I would like to have been there with you - I love beer fests!
