Through the wonders of time travel we are transported to somewhere in the middle of Saudi Arabia, circa 1978. Must be within the first few weeks we were there as we look so pale and Jane's hair not yet sun-streaked!
Won't say how old you are today but you STILL haven't caught up with me! I love the way you are looking so confidently - and slightly impatiently - into the camera. I look as gawkish as ever in front of the camera, of course, although have to say I'm really working that cheesecloth shirt!

What a surprise I got when this photo came up on the home page ! I can actually remember taking that shot ( a few years ago ,)I think Jane was about 7yrs old.
