Plucky Pluver

This little Spur Winged Pluver chick was brought into the rangers office at Battle Hill (by a copper who found him on the road), where we were having our company kids christmas party and I looked after him for a few hours until I left as he didn't like being left alone. He liked being held in my cupped hands and next to my skin - even slept :-)

@bruni thanks....I'm not sure, but they will do their best to look after him - he was not injured and very perky so I am sure he will be all good :-)
