A Hidden Corner of Kent

Taken on one of those scorchingly hot days in June. When the beaches were crowded we found a deserted spot by a lake.

We are counting the days to our move back up to Norfolk! Yay!
Wonderful shot...

@happypat it was very peaceful! So you have a sister in Norfolk? May I ask which part of Norfolk. We’ve lived in north Norfolk but this time we move to SE Norfolk near the border with Suffolk. I’ve been very slack on 365. Rather lost my mojo with the drawn out sofa surfing! Four months!!! How is your move progressing?

@tonygig thanks!

@helly31 She lives in Litchum just north of Swaffham Helen. Our move is none existent at the moment but we have about five parties interested & since the stamp duty holiday announcement plenty of viewings...we just need a firm offer. We had one for eight days about six weeks ago but they changed their minds. A viewing at 11am in the morning so we are always at the ready! It’s quite a saga our moving woes....

@happypat I have my fingers crossed for you. It’s a lot of effort all the viewings. I look forward to good news!

@happypat I know Litcham a little as I lived near Swaffham about 15 years ago. At West Raynham. A pretty part of Norfolk - not so flat!

Lovely shot and view. Far from the Maddening Crowd - best choice.
