It has been months since I have seen the top of this desk in the corner of our living room. I surprised Gail by taking and putting everything in its proper place and now I can use this desk again. On the desk are a couple of pictures of Gail & I, plus each of our parents wedding photos. The painting above the desk is one that my Mother did.
Retired educator - taught mathematics in high school, went back to graduate school, worked in research labs, and finally went back and taught computer science...
I'm envious of your clean desk. Your mom was a painter? My mom was into painting and I could never understand the attraction. She did take wonderful pictures and I did pick up on that trait, if only a little! Was your mom a photographer, too?
