After World War II, the Cossacks from the Kuban section of Russia were displaced persons. In 1953, they purchased a tract of land in Buena Vista Township, New Jersey an called their section "New Kuban." Pictured here is the church and bell tower they built on part of that tract of land.
Retired educator - taught mathematics in high school, went back to graduate school, worked in research labs, and finally went back and taught computer science...
