We left my sister's and drove to Villa Roma in Callicoon, NY. It is in the western part of the Catskills Mountains - once you cross the Delaware River, the mountain range changes name to the Pocono Mountains. It feels good to be doing some traveling again.
Retired educator - taught mathematics in high school, went back to graduate school, worked in research labs, and finally went back and taught computer science...
Very pretty! There are a lot of hidden gems in our region- no one really knows how pretty it is except for the people who live here! (And even many of them have no idea!) Nice shot.
