The calendar might say it's May, but it feels and looks like March. My rhododendron finally is in bloom. And this morning, I found this bumblebee collecting pollen and nectar from it. Check off one of my bucket list shot! Woo Hoo!
Wonderful shot - love the colors and clarity. I was trying to get a similar shot yesterday but had to give up the bees were moving much to quickly from flower to flower. So I appreciate the patience you had to get this!
@sarasdadandmom Thanks so much for the FAV! @mccarth1 Thanks, He wasn't moving that quickly this time, so I just focused on a flower near him until he landed on it. I'm surprised it worked. I've been trying to get a picture like this for quite a while, too.
