When we first found Hobbs in our backyard some 18 1/2 years ago, we gave him this stuffed pound puppy to keep him company while we were at work during the day. Over the years, the pound puppy has his best friend, his best toy to pounce on, and the kitten he has to carry to bed each night. He carries that pound puppy all over the house every night about 1 a.m. "talking" to him very loudly (you can hear him all over the house). But, he doesn't like to get caught carrying his puppy. He will stop and stand completely still hoping you don't see him, then he spits it out of his mouth and give you a look like "you didn't see a thing!" I think he's embarrassed that his bestie is a dog! LOL! For Toys on 365 challenge with pets.
@lesip I washed the pound puppy the other day and I was really afraid it would fall apart. It's a little frayed.
