Near our house, they have been moving the clay around since we moved here last summer? They now have big flat spots or orange and red on both sides of the road. I wonder what they are going to put there? I haven't seen any signs of construction at all. I'm probably going to find out that it's a local training area to construction equipment! LOL! And, yes, the "dirt" here really looks like this, although it is more red at my house. And other areas are sand, no real dirt to be found. Notice the trees starting to flower in the lower picture. Also for March word of the day (for 12th when it was taken) - bulldozer.
@swilde@jaynspain Thanks! The clay here is crazy. The used to be known for it's pottery and bricks. No dirt here at all, either red or orange clay or sand.
