I get fresh farm eggs, brown and green eggs, from a friend at church. A few weeks ago, she asked me if I happened to find a ceramic egg in one of my egg cartons. She keeps 4 ceramic eggs in the nests to keep the hens happy. By accident, she gave two of them out in egg cartons at church. I hadn't. But, I came home and decided to boil the few eggs I had left from the last batch I bought from her. I put them in the water and one of them floated. At first I thought I had a bad egg. Then I realized I had found one of her ceramic eggs! LOL! She bought this egg for $2 - she sells a dozen eggs for $2!
