So, a few weeks ago, my husband met the German liaison officer (pictured in the top right). He invited us to the Oktoberfest celebration. Last night, we enjoyed some great German food and drink and made a few new friends. I can't believe that I didn't take a picture of the food. We even ran into a man who lived and worked in both of the military communities we lived in when we were there. I don't remember him, but we had some mutual friends. The military is indeed a small place.
