Well, I Loved the Red Dragon cheese (Welsh cheddar, whole grain mustard and ale) that they paired this Southern Pines Brewery Duck Hook cream ale. The cheese was amazing. The beer was OK, as far as beer goes. The things you do for Father's Day. I did enjoy the reverse osmosis water that they served! LOL!
