Ready to make pies

I baked 3 pumpkins today to make pumpkin puree for Thanksgiving pies. The smallest one made the most puree, the big flesh-colored one had so much water in it that there was on the small amount of pumpkin left once I squeeze the water out of it (bottom left). The small orange pumpkin made the yellow pumpkin puree. I ended up with 6 cups of pumpkin, which will make 3 pies (2 for Thanksgiving and another for my in-laws at Christmas).
