Seemed like everywhere I went yesterday, they were working on either the road or the railroad tracks. Here by Depot Park, they were doing both. Good thing I was walking and not driving. I did walk uphill about a half mile to the nicer downtown area and back while waiting to get my daughter's car tires changed.
