This is inside the famous Pinehurst Resort (where they do the PGA Golf Tournament every few years). It's about 30 minutes from where I live. They had a Festival of Trees to raise money for the Sandhills Children's Center. The trees all had a different theme and were sold as part of the fundraiser. Some cost as much as $4000, because they included a resort package. One included about 100 bottles of various craft beer and went for $1500.
