We were pretty busy, and it was about to rain, so I took the easy route for dinner. I made the mac and cheese and hot dog chili on Wednesday, so I just heated that up, fried some hot dogs in a pan so they sort of taste grilled, and found the leftowver coleslaw from Tuesday's tacos...and voila...dinner!
Yummy! I love coleslaw on hot dogs, but people around here think I'm nuts to eat coleslaw on hot dogs. Luckily, my husband likes it too. Neither of us were born in Texas..
