When you pull into the Dairy Queen drive through and see a nearly full ice cream from the Sonic down the street, you can't help but take a picture of it. Glad we picked DQ and not Sonic.
@lynbonn Thanks for the FAV! @randystreat@olivetreeann We don't like Sonic either. But, the only thing we know of that beats a Blizzard is a Concrete from Bobby's Frozen Custard in Maryville, IL. They use pie from a local bakery in many of them. They are amazing, but you can only get them in one small town in southern IL. My favorite was the blackberry pecan concrete....oh, my!
@homeschoolmom I actually had a concoction called a Concrete in St. Louis (I forget the name of the ice cream place) but I wouldn't be surprised if they were similar. And yes- it was better than a Blizzard! (Fresh made ice cream makes the difference)
