Picked up 40 pounds of fresh chicken breasts this morning. I cut them up, fried some to freeze, marinated some and put them in the freezer. Took me from about 10:30 a.m. until about 5 p.m. But, I was prepared in my pink Mom apron and pink crocs. I used my new knife that I bought after my knife skills class. Sliced up that chicken like butter!
