The Boy Scouts are big on the buddy system. Today, these to buddies stepped up to help out another Scout earn his first class rank. He had to demonstrate how to rescue swim to someone, pull someone in and how to be rescued. In this case, the other scout was pulling them in, which was quite a chore. That's my son in the back.
