We slept in a little this morning and had breakfast at the restaurant in our hotel. Big mistake. The place was packed, as it's a favorite with locals. And, my eggs benedict, when it finally came, was tasteless. How do you blend egg yolks, lemon juice and butter and get a tasteless holandaise sauce? I think it was from a mix or something. Yuck! Even my hubby didn't like the hash browns, and he'll eat anything except vegetables.
