I was up late helping my daughter pack up theh last of her stuff, then we were back up at 3 a.m. because she had to be at the airport by 4:30 for a 6 a.m. flight. We were back home by 5:30, still dark. But, it took me a little while to wind back down. I took this pic right after my hubby came back from his walk to get ready for work. Needless to say, I didn't hear him leave for work. But, so begins 16-months apart from our daughter.
She can follow you here and Skype, WhatsApp etc have shrunk the world.i do however appreciate your sense of loss. You brought her up to be independent, and have therefore succeeded. Go Mom!!
@30pics4jackiesdiamond Thank goodness for the internet. It has made it so much easier to stay in touch with loved ones around the world. Sure makes military deployments easier, that's for sure. When they were younger, my husband watched via Skype while she held my youngest son still and I pulled one of his teeth. LOL!
