This is a D&D Mimic. The tongue ended up looking much grosser than even I expected! (sorry)
Amazing what a bit of sub-surface scattering can do.
The sculpt itself has come out looking a bit 'mushy'. Still struggle to get sharp edges on hard-surface components like the edges of the trunk. I did figure out how to get the PBR maps out of Nomad though - and then realised it was in the manual all along. I was just looking in the wrong bit.
