"No Si" (No Sigarilyo, No Cigarettes)

Philippine Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board released the Memorandum Circular 2009-036, which requires all public vehicles and terminals to be responsible in posting a No Smoking Signage and responsible in warning their passengers against smoking inside PUVs and may ask non-compliant passengers to leave the vehicle.
