The 4 drummers in the picture played the base-drums before (do snare now) and are showing off here. It sounded pretty cool and because they all have their sticks the same way in this photo, to me the picture qualifies for the October word "mirror", also because the marching show is "Mirror Image" as you can read that on their t-shirts too.
