Today we went to the High School band UIL performances because my oldest is a band member. I didn't expect to take a photo for the Halloween theme there, but to our big surprise the last band's show was called "dia de los muertos" and they had 5 beautiful boards. This is the picture I liked most because there are some players. It was a big band and they were good, but I had questions about how fun this show was to practice, especially the second movement. That is always the quiet/slow/beautiful part, but in this case it was really sad as they had boards with people and a church bell. It was almost if it was a real funeral.
I bet it was quite moving to listen too. I like the board, it's very artistic and colourful and it's nice that you were able to get some of the band in the shot as well.
