To continue my linked images, I finally took pictures of the city.
Every day when I drive to school I see part of the city. When my parents visited, my dad loved going with me in the car to just look around. And he has a point. It is very different here than in the States or Europe.
The light is definitely better in the morning, so about 10 minutes after sunset (Yelena was at school already because she has swim-practice before school), I set out to take some photos.
In front is a main road (you will see that tomorrow), and I'm practically passing this mosque a few times a day, but never noticed it. I will have to go and take pictures of this one too!
oh, my lord! this is such a treat to my eyes, don't you know! it's been 30 plus some years so i shouldn't be surprised seeing how dense the structures are now. aces!
