Today was the only day I am not at school for the PTA, so it was time for grocery shopping. Close to the shopping center is mosque. This mosque I have seen for a long time from a distance, but never took the time to get close.
Unfortunately, like most mosques there is no information online, just some photos.
@sangwann with my very limited Arabic I know that "Ibn" means son and "Abi/Ab/Abu" means father. Therefore I figured out it was a name. Wikipedia told me that Al-Muhallab ibn Abi Sufra also known as Abu Sa'id (c. 632, Oman/UAE – February 702, Khorasan), was an Azdi Arab warrior and general.

Thank you Babs @onewing ! Because they are so different and because the weather is now cooler, I'm hoping to add quite a few more to my collection and you might see some more passing here now too...
@louannwarren It is the last week of school and because we cancelled the Winter Fair, we have activities for Elementary (yesterday), Middle School (tomorrow) and HS (Thursday). So this week is kind of a crazy exception...
@ingrid01 I just keep forgetting that we don’t live in a world where everything happens as it is supposed to. Thanks, Covid. I’m glad you can have the activities at school anyway!
