Happy New Year!

I like to wish all 365-ers and especially my friends here a happy, healthy and blessed New Year!

We were lucky to be able to celebrate it with the 5 of us, especially because Nadya studies in Dallas, Texas, Demyan in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and we live in Muscat, Oman.

Although it is possible to buy alcohol here these bubbles were 100% non-alcoholic (not my text - it was on the bottle) and it was actually very nice!

What a beautiful day it must have been for you to see the family all gathered together to celebrate the festive season! Both my children and their families like not more than a five minutes walk from my house so we see them often enough but a Christmas or New Year's Day lunch is always special. Beautiful shot and bubbly prosecco to celebrate. The nail-polished thumb makes a nice focal point. Enjoy .
