After driving past this so many times I decided to knock on the neighbouring door to find out more about it and get permission to take a photo. As usual the woman who answered the door was lovely, helpful and a little bemused. I don't think I've ever had a negative reaction, but it's always good to ask... although if it's been left to the elements and animals are in then as far as I'm concerned no one cares about it any more.
