This grey granite staircase in the Port of Liverpool Building is lined with stained glass windows adorned with nautical images such as anchors, ships bells and shells as well as one with a liver bird.
I've been here many times before but never seen the liver bird window so I went today to take a photo for my collection. I went up and down the stairs twice before finding it on the ground floor, tucked away underneath the stairs! Glad I went to the top though, it's such a beautiful building and I had a good look at all the stained glass windows which are lovely.
