I always drive home through the park these days in case I spot something to photograph. I wasn't expecting to see anything tonight as it was nearly dark. It had been a pretty uninspiring day, dull and grey and I hadn't done anything very interesting but as I turned into the park I saw the beautiful lights of the Palm House shining out over the dark blue sky. It's only occasionally open at night for special events so I was delighted to see it all lit up.
There was some kind of celebration inside, probably a wedding but couldn't really see. I thought it might look a bit odd if I went to peer in one of the windows for a closer look!
Not the sharpest photo but quite pleased with the result even though it made me late for my tea.
I think I would have had a peep though. ha ha.
