Taken at one of the canal locks in Liverpool where the steps help the lock-keeper push the paddle to close the gate.
Really not a great photo but it's from the first film I've put through a second-hand Pentax camera I bought a few weeks ago. It's been an interesting experience, to say the least. First of all, I wish I could stop looking at the back of the camera when I've taken the photo. There's nothing to see!
I had trouble winding the film on so there was some light damage when I opened the camera, really wasn't sure there would be any images to develop but there were a few.
So, with one thing and another it's now about a month later and I've just figured out how to scan the negatives to do some editing on the computer and put it on here.
It's such a long time since I used I film camera, I'd forgotten how different a process it is. Will have another go now I know the camera works so watch this space (it might take a little while though).
Very far behind with the 52 week challenge but this is for week 7, forgotten.
