We went on a nature trail this afternoon to a butterfly park on the Wirral run by the Cheshire wildlife trust. This is one of many moths we saw as well as butterflies, bees and dragonflies.
Then we went to a reclaimed landfill site which has been developed into a riverside park, where we saw lots of wild flowers, butterflies, moths, bees and birds.
My mum is staying for the weekend so she enjoyed her wild day out. The weather was just perfect for it.
