@carvl hi Caroline, thanks for commenting. I'm not an expert but I love being by the sea. I always watch the waves for a while before photographing anything. I look for something to add a bit of interest to the shot as well, maybe some stones or shells or the lines of the waves.. The beach had some pretty good reflections of the sky on the sand when the waves went out. Where are you going for your course? Hope you get some good weather :)
@inthecloud5 thanks Christine . I'm going down to the Dorset coast for three days. I currently live the furthest point from the sea in the uk so it will be a complete change of scenery for me!
