Gorgeous. Aye me, Northern Rail really have not covered themselves in glory the past year. They dumped me and my family in Carlisle last year with no linking bus service to our coastal Cumbrian destination because of a strike. Cost us an arm and a leg in taxi fare. Hope they sort themselves out while they still have any kind of customer base left! But this is a cracking shot of the lovely classic architecture all cleaned up and lovely.
@casablanca that's terrible, I feel for you. It's so bad now I honestly don't know how there hasn't been a revolt. They cancelled all the services from Liverpool to Manchester Airport yesterday, without any warning. I hope they get their franchise taken away before they do any more damage.
