This art installation is part of the River of Light Festival taking place this weekend. The steel pipes have been arranged to create the effect of an oak tree right here in the city centre. It was beautiful to see, the lighting constantly changes the colours and the pipes make sounds as they sway in the wind. I wasn't surprised that this little girl seemed to be quite fascinated by it.
