Hollyhocks by the door by ivan

Hollyhocks by the door

Tina took this when we visited St Mary's, Bramber this afternoon. St Mary's is not far from us.

"An enchanting historic 15th century timber-framed house, with magnificent gardens, in the picturesque award-winning downland village of Bramber, West Sussex." From their leaflet.

I'm posting/looking when I can.
Lovely, Ivan. I'm a bit partial to interesting doors AND Hollyhocks. Charming.

So beautiful - amazing how hollyhocks can take root in the paving but struggle in flower beds.

Nice gaggle of hollyhocks. I like that they are coming up between the stones, and not in a flower bed.
