I prefer the colour version too. We had a mark I. It was in mint condition until I drove it up a lamp post... Whoops!

Hard to choose, but I like the colour one best. The red really stands out on a basically monochromatic background.

The red reflecting off the wet pavement makes me love the color version. I like both, but I LOVE this one. The grain, and tones great. It gives it the feel of the time. Great car!
