In here it's always yesterday

As someone who sells paint I have an urge to make a few recommendations. As someone who enjoys dilapidation and abandonment, I'm going to hold back those urges and just give you a fav instead.

Great title too!

@graemestevens how do you manage those two feelings? Fresh paint is fab. 6 year old paint bugs me and demands attention. 50 year old paint beautiful in its dereliction and decay. Another gorgeous window shot.

@graemestevens would that be dark paint then? Can't imagine you selling bright, cheerful colours. You might be at risk of making someone happy, God forbid!

There is something very appealing about dereliction, peeling paint and a window with a view, love it. fav

Like this a lot. Images like this make me want to know the stories of the people who spent time in that room.

Instant favourite. Wonderful composition and love the contrast of the derelict indoors and paradise outside. The wonky window is cherry on top of cake. Very well done.

I like the way that this is a metaphor for the end of a life or indeed an era. Your images are often thought provoking... Fav.

I like the contrast of the grim green interior with the bright sunshine and greens outside. The open window invites escape. Fav
