for my get pushed challenge Joan @joansmor wanted me to do a photo in the style of another 365er. here is my second and final attempt...I will leave it up to Denise @lyndemc...she does it so much better : )
Ooo, I really like this one too. I like the way the faded orange paint frames the exposed wood, drawing your eyes through into the image. And then the darling little flower and the textured nut shell add a great focal point. Very well done, Jackie. Again, I'm honored you've chosen my style for your get-pushed challenge.
Your DOF is really good — there's the perfect amount of focus on the flower and nut. Sometimes I wish I got a little more depth of focus in some of my pictures.
@lyndemc@lyndemc thank you for being so gracious about me using your style! I passed that shell a couple of times before picking it up and that susan was the tiniest! they made a great chair. honestly there were a lot of photos taken to get to this. it was near the end of my shooting time. glad you approve...you can have your style back...you do it much better!
Looks wonderful! Love the textures, colours and composition of the photograph! You found yourself a great background too. (I didn't know Denise before, but i must say you did really well in this challenge!)
