the gentle giants

a gorgeous day driving the farmlands in our state's east side. traveled a bit up into the thumb. saw two or three bald eagles, a snowy owl (from afar) and red-tailed hawks. of course these turbines are always a lovely sight.
Such a lovely capture and pov - and love the title ! fav

Rather elegant structures, and sympathetically installed in the landscape. Ours have a more technological feel, perhaps designed by engineers rather than architects.

Whenever we go through the Thumb, I am intrigued by these. Love the pov on your photo and the composition with the background row of trees makes a great image.
