caught in between the lines so my moon didn't see the eclipse! well actually I didn't see the eclipse, not that I am all that upset...actually since I didn't see my bed until about 4:30 am and all the hoopla was starting at 5:30 I wasn't getting up and going out into the cold dark morning. I know missing it will not change my life. that's a good thing. taking care of my sick granddog was of more importance. I ran out at blue hour and shot the bright white orb as it looked out of the sky at me. so I'm fine that I didn't get "the" shot nor shots as it were of all the phases of the eclipse. maybe another time...although it won't be a super blue blood eclipsed moon again in my lifetime lol!
This is beautiful! I love the deep blue of the sky. It really sets off the moon. We were cloudy, so no Super Blue Blood Moon shot for me either. I've shot two blood moons before, so I wasn't so anxious to do that, though they were high in the sky. Kind of did want a Super Blood Moon ... I'm like you, too ... not all that disappointed.
I like the way your moon is ‘between the lines”. I was under the impression farther west was better viewing than here. Was pretty cloudy here, too. I didn’t make any attempt either.
