Healing

A little over a half year ago I took a tumble and was more scared for my knees than my hand. A few weeks ago my tumb was starting to hurt and after visits with the doctor, the hospital for photo’s and a physical therapist I know I have artritis in my tumb, wear a brace, use a ball and a weight to train the muscles in my hand and have a little cilinder for my tumb to train a muscle in my tumb. The pain is less and I had something to use for this weeks pom. ;)
Ooh, ouch. Looks like you are right handed also. Hope the physical therapist helps.

Ouch indeed! I heartily sympathise, I have issues with Trigger Finger in my right hand. Not fun when you have pain and immobility in such a key part of your body. Hope the brace helps you.

@casablanca It helps a bit my therapist gave me a lot of tips to avoid pain. Because I love to paint it’s a bit difficult to hold a brush for a long time. But i’ll manage. Thank you :)
