I’m doing a lot of hiking lately since I have the time and the health, and some willing companions. Loving how my body is holding up and how calm I feel in the woods. This particular hike the other day was something I previously would have shied away from, but surprisingly I was the one encouraging us all to forge ahead, Bob.
