Rugby

The match was full of action and tries, but try as they might, Ulster didn't have the beating of Toulon. Final score was Toulon 60, Ulster 22.
Very effective picture even though I'm not quite sure what they are doing.

What a photo. Is this planned or just a pile up?

@randystreat @tristansmum So funny ladies. I don't pertain to know all the rules of rugby, far from it, but this is a scrum. Planned, Kathy! The guy standing up with the ball will place it into the scrum. A scrum is a method of restarting play in rugby that involves players packing closely together with their heads down and attempting to gain possession of the ball. Depending on whether it is in rugby union or rugby league, the scrum is used either after an accidental infringement or when the ball has gone out of play.

@jamibann I've heard that term before but had no idea what it meant. Thanks for the explanation.

I saw a sports photo and was going to pass it over until I began to read the comments! I never heard of a scrum and it was rather interesting to look at those *very fit* men working together as one team for even a brief moment!
